Hardened & tested
Your team throws real cases at it. We fix what breaks, set the guardrails, and define what the agent must never do.

Handover & roadmap
Your team runs it without us in the room. You leave with the working agent, the documentation, and a prioritized roadmap for what to automate next.

Why a fixed price?
Because bounded risk is the product. You know the cost and the calendar before you commit. If your problem doesn't fit a Sprint, we say so on the scoping call instead of selling you one.
What kinds of tasks fit a Sprint?
Repetitive, rule-bearing work with digital traces: dispatch and scheduling, quoting, order intake, reconciliation, report drafting, customer follow-ups. If a capable person can do it with your systems open, an agent can usually learn it.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. Read-only access during the build, no training on your data, and a written retention promise. The full policy is in our Trust Center.
What if it doesn't work?
Then you'll know by Day 4, not month six — that's the point of the format. You still keep the workflow map and roadmap, and you've spent a week, not a quarter.
What comes after a Sprint?
Whatever the roadmap justifies: a Transformation Program to build deeper systems, or an AI Pod subscription where we run and improve your agents monthly. Both are optional — the Sprint stands alone.
