Do I have to be in Charsadda?
Core team, mostly yes — the academy and product culture are physical. We support remote arrangements across Pakistan for specific senior roles, and 'remote from Charsadda' for those who moved away and want to return.
How does hiring relate to the academy?
A growing share of the team comes from our own cohorts — apprentices who proved themselves on live platforms. Direct hires join the same culture: ship, teach, publish honest numbers.
What's the stack?
Next.js/TypeScript and Laravel on the app layer, PostgreSQL, our own 14-service platform (DZPS) underneath, AI agents on top, self-hosted infrastructure throughout. You'll touch more of the stack here in a year than in five at a big shop.
