Why we exist.
Two exclusions, one root
Millions of Pakistani businesses — the addas, mandis, shops, mills, schools, and clinics that are the economy — run on paper and phone calls while AI reorganizes the world above their heads. And hundreds of thousands of talented young Pakistanis are locked out of that revolution by fees, geography, and connections. The root cause is the same: the technology economy was not built for them.
So we built it for them
Eight platforms shipped for real trades — freight, auctions, retail, government, education — on our own infrastructure, in the languages the counter actually speaks. And an academy where the seat is earned by merit and never by money.
The name was the plan all along
Zalmi (زلمی) is Pashto for youth. We were named for the second mission before we knew it — a company from Charsadda, carrying its purpose in its own name.
Where this goes
A generation of Pakistani businesses competing on intelligence instead of cheap labor, and a generation of technologists who didn't have to leave — or be rich — to matter. Success is when 'software from Charsadda' needs no explanation.

Transform, Products, and the Academy aren't departments — they're loops. Talent we train builds products we own; products prove transformations we sell; transformations fund the talent we train. Each turn makes the next cheaper, faster, and more credible.
